The Arizona Promise Program covers remaining tuition and fees not covered by other gift aid for up to four years, for eligible Arizona residents who qualify.
The ASU Advantage combines the President Barack Obama Scholars Program, the Arizona Promise Program, and the College Attainment Grant into a stacked commitment for eligible Arizona residents. Obama Scholars gives priority to first-generation, historically underserved, veteran, and low-income applicants. Arizona Promise applies for up to four years. Approximately 93% of ASU undergraduates receive some form of financial aid. Requirements include Arizona residency, FAFSA filing by the priority deadline, full-time enrollment, and continued Satisfactory Academic Progress. The programs cover tuition and mandatory fees; students remain responsible for housing, food, books, and other living costs (except for the first-year Obama Scholars housing support).
